The challenge

We're addressing the problem of slow and ineffective online customer service. People spend hours waiting in lines for a support call or struggle to find relevant information on companies' websites. The chatbots available on the market today are not very helpful as they lack cognitive capabilities and rarely understand customers' needs. Moreover, they are usually not integrated with companies' databases and cannot take actions on clients' behalf - such as booking appointments, placing orders, updating account information, or fixing common issues etc..

The solution

In order to fix these problems, we build AI-driven chatbots. Our chatbots are designed to go beyond just conversation. The chatbots can take real-life actions on behalf of your customers. With the ability to seamlessly integrate with any database and company's systems, our chatbots can perform every task, from booking appointments and placing orders to updating account information. They continuously learn and improve from new or existing company documents and information from external data sources, including third-party services (knowledge bases, online shops, ticketing systems), making them incredibly competent. This means customers no longer have to go through complex processes or lengthy wait times for manual assistance. Powered by the same technology as ChatGPT, our chatbots can maintain a context and answer customer queries with exceptional accuracy. Additionally, they are not forced to follow a predefined conversation flow. They respond to every question, even those not included in the FAQ. Moreover, our chatbots understand all languages and are immune to typing mistakes.
